# How to check the list of employees and their permissions? How to add a new employee?
## In the Manager Panel in the Employees tab you will be able to add new positions (roles) and employees, edit or delete them.
**Step 1**. Open the **Employees tab**. There, you will find a list of positions (roles), where you can create new roles or edit existing ones. Each role can be assigned a specific set of permissions, making it easier to manage employee access throughout the system.
**Step 2**. To create a new position, click the “**+**” button above the **Positions** table, enter the position’s name, its responsibilities, and a short description, then select the permissions it should have and click “**Save**”. Use the icons next to a row to edit or delete an existing position.

To add a new employee, scroll to the Employees list below the **Positions table** and click the “**+**” button.
**Step 1.** Enter their name and surname and provide their email address. This will allow the system to create an account for them, and they will receive an activation email with a link to set up their access.
**Step 2**. Assign the employee to the appropriate group, which defines their role in the system.
**Step 3**. Then fill in all the necessary information about the employee that you would like to store in the relevant tabs.
**Step 4**. Here, you can also customize their permissions according to their role and responsibilities, ensuring they have access only to the features they need.
Click "**Save**" to create the employee account. The employee will then receive an activation email with a link to set their password and log in for the first time.
To make changes later, open the employee’s profile using the edit icon: you can update their details, change their permissions, or delete the account entirely if it is no longer needed.
